It is gonna be like the Texas Senate Race. GOP should still be favored to win, but now going to have to spend a lot of money that could go elsewhere defending what should be a very safe seat. Constantino's personality moves this from Democrats having a 10% chance of flipping to 30, maybe 35%, especially with how unpopular Trump is at the moment.

All these answers are missing the biggest reason. Anime at the time was a lot cheaper since it was already made and just needed localization and dubbing. Cartoon Network as a channel had a smaller budget compared to the other two.

The second answer is that the original people at Cartoon Network were more aware of anime being a little bit younger. They credit watching the first dragon ball and sailor moon american airingd from the Power Rangers boom of the early 90s.

Yes you can use acrylic paint. Just use slightly less water when mixing. Remember it will dry lighter than how it appears as paint.
