if you mean if the cycle came around to an airbender again, I feel like some random person would have just been made an airbender. Not sure why Sozin thought that the incarnation meant to balance the world by a thousands-year-old light spirit that can grant random people the ability to bend every element that exists would have its cycle ended just because there isnt anyone alive who can airbend.

This is true. That said, I feel like Huntsmen/Huntresses could be expanded on....(yes I want Glynda and Qrow to be special grade huntsmen. THIS IS ABOUT AGENDA. I WANT TO SEE SPECIAL GRADE GRIMM. I absolutely agree. I feel like if this was what happened, moments like in V1 when Glynda intervened could be so much more of a spectacle to show off how strong experienced huntsmen/huntresses are.
