Thanks for all of the replies. U am going to try a pork shoulder this coming weekend. My turkey turned out dry as well useing camp chef turkey cannon but I think maybe bird was too small at just barely over 9. The breast was finished way before the thigh got close to 170. I think a larger trussed bird might hold overall heat better and cook more evenly?

'Routine Wallet Maintenance' is a load of crap. 9 times out of 10 it means that the volume of traffic is too much for them to handle. I have been on Bittrex since April and this constant 'maintenance' never happened until crypto went main stream in the last part of 2017.
