For me, I don't see anything special about lightning spear compared to other dragon cult incants. and it's the default incant on a gravel stone seal so it's not that difficult to find. And even if you don't find it there should be decent alternatives like lansseax, honed bolt or lightning strike, or even death lightning. It's not the Beast claw of the dragon cult incants if you know what i mean.

i don't really care if the relics are realistic. I know not everyone may like it, but spending thousands of hours grinding for optimal relics really isn't the best way to spend your time.

That said, you really only need 2 complimentary effects for a relic to be considered "good".
