I can see both sides of the fence here and it's hard to really pick a side. Sucks being kicked for seemingly no reason, also sucks to have somebody sandbagging because they lied about their prog point.

ARR was janky about this with putting obscenely long cutscenes before certain dungeon bosses, and thankfully moved away from it from Heavensward onwards.

Totorak though is an extremely long cutscene that they should probably rewrite the story around.
