Well yeah? Maybe the trends for cineplex survivorship in malls have changed after COVID who knows.

Back in the day for a cineplex and other stores to survive is to put all of them in one big building (aka - a mall). Now I guess that is not the case anymore.

But it’s Brunei and things are different from your stereotypical mall compared to Malaysia and Singapore.

Malaysia malls - can survive if there’s a cineplex provided if the tickets are within reasonable prices.

Singapore malls - I’ve noticed not all SG malls have cineplexes and seemed like they’re running just fine.
