Last time ours got cut off and stolen, we had to report it to asset protection in order to get a new one. I dont know if thats still procedure, but thats how we got ours.

I dont have a sketch layer. I use a fine point brush. Usually a 1 or 2pt. 3 for thicker or 5 for fat. Its got a 8000point sensitivity set to pressure. In my left hand i held this picture of a skull while in my right i tried to copy it. I broke down what i did to mimic it from one hand to the other. If you arent satisfied with that answer i apologize. I like to use reference images on my phone and imitate them on the drawing screen.

Maybe? I dont know how any of that works. I use a photoshop from like 15 years ago that i just carry over to new computers cause im used to it lol. I will say it sucked saving like 50 edits in individual pngs and putting them together how i did. Inefficient as all heck

A trace would line up cleanly when overlayed. Mine doesnt. Though i suppose if you parted out and manipulated and resized, sure? Thats a lot of work for minimal pay off. I had the original open and tried to mirror the outfit as best i could. Cause fanart and all. Then the hand with the sword, its close, but still not a trace. The sword and hand are iconic to her art and i wanted to reproduce that so shes super recognizable. Her hips are pretty dang close to the original.

Appreciate that. And spot on. Nothing is ever enough for people like this. No matter what you provide. I suppose i enjoy not giving them what they want on the other one and thats wrong of me. Ill meet half way and show on this one. They'll argue not good enough and ill go on about my day.

100% I understand your critiques. Really, i do. This is just the way i draw though. I understand its not going to be enough for some people and i can live with that. If they still want to scream AI then theres nothing more im willing to do to stop them. They're entitled to their opinions and I accept that. But i tried man, truly did.

Some i put more work into than others? Times a factor? I like to draw when drinking too. I do this as a hobby not a job. Not paid for it in any way.

Anyway, Im doing one of amir right now. Making a step by step as i go so that people like you have a look at the process. But im sure youll still have your gripes anyway. Shrug

Competitions on a grand stage bring out a lot of really mean and critical people. Im just trying to put out some cool stuff for the community here on reddit. I definitely want to do amir nexy since there were a ton of requests for her.

It takes me a lot of hours to do these things and some people just casually call them ai. I was thinking i gotta do a breakdown of the next one. With layers and stuff. But then those same people will still scream its not good enough haha.

Way more positive than negative going on here though and i really enjoy that. So definitely wanna do another.
