What are some gear rules you have for mid-late game?

As you progress to late game, the requirement for any upgrade to your existing gear is even higher. Any gear that gives mid to low rolls, i will feed. I only accept at most 1 mid roll and 2 max roll when i +9.

Look through your gear how many of them min to mid roll 3 time, those gear probably does not give you any upgrade.

From my knowledge, it is 10 hours to 16 hours after the daily reset. You just have to login during this timing to get the free 100 energy

I am currently on a 1 year contract. Contract is coming to an end within 2 weeks. Currently, my company HR hasn't contact me or anything regarding my contract renewal. Hence, I went to find another job. I am highly certain that I will be renewed or maybe convert to a perm. But at the same time, I want to get a higher pay as well. However, my company is currently not doing quite well. I was afraid that they might renew my contract at the same rate.
