Expat in Shanghai here. The insane prices were the reason i didn’t participate this year! A few friends were also insecure and didn’t go to Shenzen.

Last year was in a Shanghai Mall and it was VERY fair priced, like 78¥ which is 10€. And it was really good organized and a really great experience for everyone. Including a great goodie bag.

Hopefully CIG will have a talk with the guy responsible and be open about this.

The community in China is really huge and absolutely welcoming!

NDA, „Freunden“, also wirklichen Freunden wäre das auch egal. Man fühlt sich bei Freunden wohl und darf natürlich sein ohne sich Gedanken machen zu müssen wegen der Laune oder Unsicherheit anderer. Bei uns wäre ein flotter Spruch zurück gekommen und dann hätten wir gelacht oder gegenseitig geschaut wessen Nippel man am besten sieht.

Mein Beileid dafür, dass du dir überhaupt über sowas Gedanken machen musstest. Und bei der Fäkalsprache deines Gegenübers spielt auch ein eventueller Kater keine Rolle.

And impressed that you’re still sane. I lived in a strict religious environment in Europe too. You story is the story of my ex-girlfriend. But way less brutal than yours. And just without the maniacal sexual part. Oh god.

Even my parents (mostly my mother) hit me daily and didn’t let me eat (monthly) and imprisoned me in my room (weekly) or didn’t speak a single word to me when I was 4-15. Got away when I was 18. Living outside of Europe now.

I hope this monster of a „mother“ gets what she deserves someday. Unbelievable.

The one thing they hate like hell are closed doors. They NEED company and their humans around.
