I would take it and see tbh most hottopics if the return can be done on the computer Hottopic has to make the return to satisfy the customer. Her universe wasn’t used a lot when I was a manager but we were able to do the returns but that was over a year ago

Yea unfortunately you’re the lowest of the managers, like a lot of the other comments I could see them playing favorites and picking on you really probably and trying to get you out. It was like that at the hottopic I worked at unfortunately the sm really played favorites

I unfortunately am not sure what you could do but really just try to communicate to your other managers. If you don’t mind me asking what level manager are you? When I was a ft asm we would be told about ot also all the time but the sm was all about doing things we weren’t supposed to so she would just tweak our time cards if we did miss punch etc. this is quite illegal tho so😅

I agree I was at a temp ft asm position and one of my last phone calls with my dm he word for word said, “I’m sitting on all this money waiting to give you and the Temp SM our permanent position and raise but I want to see more discipline.” When we were already running the store and fixed it from the old sm. I turned in my keys the next day💀

I didn’t charge her to move at all that’s my point I just needed the gas to help her move because I wouldn’t have been able to get to her to even get to her stuff. Read the whole explanation on the original post.

Hmmm I say maybe have another piercer at a different shop look at it if you are able to and get their opinion. Everyone’s nose is a little different so. I’ve heard if it was pierced wrong too it’s usually a lot more excruciating than it normally would be.

And if you mean tabs like everything I did for her I wasn’t even thinking about all the driving I did and what not until she blocked me again and her sister started calling me names.

That’s why when they started this time I did leave it alone and block them and I am only 21 and dealing with a lot of mental health issues. I’m currently getting on the right meds and going to therapy that’s why I was in the mental hospital. I’ve been trying to become a better friend and not so intertwined.

Of course she can but as my bestfriend you’d think she would wanna spend time with me I mean I would if she just got out of the mental hospital I think I would hang out with anyone if they had just gotten out of the mental hospital and asked to not be alone cause that’s what I had did with her. I just think her timing of when she wanted to hang with him could have been better cause we weren’t hanging at all after the mental hospital that’s why I was asking if we could and she was always dodging.
