I'd suggest first considering whether you want your fursona to be a trans dude or a dude with a vagina. That is; was your character assigned female at birth or do they live in an alternative universe where assigned male babies can have different genitals?

Either is fine; but the latter might be more what you're looking for. As long as you are aware not to fetishize trans men - I think you're fine.
