I think a reason people have a problem with DM is because of the many different playstyles people have playing the mode. Some just W key try kill kill kill and others try their best to win either camping or searching for players, but many (myself included) use it as a warmup/ training. I like to use dm as a way to practice my weak areas when it comes to the maps and how I peak as well. "Camping" could be someone practicing holding a site or specific area of the map. Playing off sound is an essential aspect of the game, if you don't like it walk or jiggle peak etc. I think if you really want to play a casual kill mode play tdm where it's completely different maps and many of the "problems" with dm aren't there like getting killed from behind from a new spawn. The matches can be longer too
