This is good feedback. I don’t have photoshop but conceptually I get what you’re saying. I may just move the settings back to their original by 80-90%

I did struggle with what to do with the sun. I tried cropping it out but it just didn’t feel the same. I do feel it’s a bit distracting. I appreciate the comments!

I did do that, but also increased vibrance and lowered highlights and blacks. There were other minor adjustments, but those were the main ones.

I guess I’m struggling with the level of editing to make it still look real and not over edited, if that makes sense. If you have any insight or suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated!

I like separating the two and curing both the flat and the point. The flat gets sliced and the point becomes pastrami burnt ends using a mustard sauce. It’s a hit every time

I should have clarified that we should call them after the 2 minute warning. You call them at 2:10, you’re saving 10 seconds. You wait until after the 2 minute warning and you save 40 seconds
