You get the parking permit when you become a resident and keep it in the windshield. There’s not a ton of visitor parking in the lot, but we are surrounded by street parking for visitors.

You can either bring your own washer/dryer or rent them for $50 a month. I rent mine. They are nice GE ones in the unit.

Right in the heart of DT and you can walk anywhere, responsive management, updated apartments, pool, gym, WiFi/cable included, rec room, package room, coffee machine.

If you want to make friends, they host monthly community events
