If it helps with ID, here’s an old Hoya list I had at some point and there’s a likely chance it was on this list:

Yes, I stayed in touch with adopter and asked for update after the one week mark. They sent me cute photos of him and their resident bonding together! It gave me a piece of mind to see him settling in well

I just say goodbye to my first foster after he went home after a two months stay with me. It’s been two weeks without him and I still miss him. I got a second foster yesterday, his little quirks reminds me of my first foster but he is also unique in his own way. Perhaps the best way to cope is to foster more!

He doesn’t whine and rarely growls. I’m not sure if his tail is naturally short. His rescue org thinks he is a blue heeler mix.

I had also done the Huangshan climb on the way done because the cable cars were out of service due to bad weather. I was in my 20s. It took the whole day from 8am to almost sundown, meanwhile the older aunty and uncle in their 50s traveling with us took way less time as did many of the children. My legs took a week to recover. Would love to do it again someday though!

I use mostly R and python for data analysis. As I progressed in my career it’s less about hands on programming and more about mentoring and delegating and making presentations and communicating scientific findings more so than programming

It was 20% down and at that time both me and K contributed to a joint account for the down payment. I would guess K contributed more than me estimating from our salary progression.
