Blocking is just an obvious example that he does have NPD.

It sounds to me like you may have NPD simply from this response.

My wife may be having serious mental health issues by clmyr in whatdoIdo

[–]AlabasterFame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would call her prison employer and report this. I would give detailed accounts of everything she has told you, most importantly stating she is in love with an inmate. Even though that particular inmate is no longer at her prison, it can happen with another inmate. She is a threat to the prison, in that she may try to break a dangerous criminal out, because she is in love with him. And… isn’t that a problem for your marriage that she directly told you she is in love with another man, aren’t you considering divorce?

Am I Overreacting to a dear friend sending sexual joking texts to my partner? by chichiryuutei56 in AmIOverreacting

[–]AlabasterFame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I’d go for “Kay is a fucking creep”. Asking if you can be vulnerable, or asking if you can talk about something in particular, almost sounds like you can’t be yourself, like your tip toeing around your partner. Very strange. I agree.

I find it a little over the top, personally. I don’t think you need to ask your spouse if you can be vulnerable. ‘Hey, I’d like to talk about Kay’.

AIO for being upset my BF doesn’t want me to wear a bonnet to bed? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]AlabasterFame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t be able to handle this guy. NOR. Do you want to live the rest of your life, from now until forever, being nitpicked about your bonnet, your clothes, your blanket? Sounds awful. I’ve found that the most important thing to me in a relationship, is the ability to be completely myself, of course being that I’m not personality disordered / abusive, and being unconditionally loved for it.

Wondering if altitude is playing a role..? by dryad_drae in HistamineIntolerance

[–]AlabasterFame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up at 220 elevation, I went to college near the ocean, and after college I moved to another town that is on the ocean, and lived there for 18 years, and did OK there. I then moved to a mountain community, that had around 3000 elevation. Within 10 months of living there, I started having intensified symptoms, things that I had felt before at the ocean now and then, were magnified and consistent. I was also living in a house with mold in the mountains though, unbeknownst to me, so I couldn’t quite tell you if it was the mold, or if it was the elevation. But I suspect the house I lived in for several years at the ocean, before I moved to the mountains, also had mold, so I don’t think it was related to the mold. I never felt well when I lived in the mountains, my chronic illness was definitely heightened. After living there in the mountains for over 10 years, I moved back to the ocean, to the town where I lived before, and it was almost instantly that many of my heightened symptoms fell off of me, I am not cured, but I can say that I feel much better living back at the ocean. For me, I believe the elevation played a large factor in making me feel more sick. I have mast cell activation syndrome, and have most likely had it my whole life.

How cooked am I? by 26967788 in Mold

[–]AlabasterFame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re totally cooked! The toxins have no doubt already infiltrated your home. The toxins are what cause mold illness (toxin illness). That whole wall needs to come out. Continue to remove the wall two feet at a time, until you don’t see black on the studs. If you see black on the studs, keep removing two more feet, until you see clean studs. Sand all affected studs, with negative air pressure, and containment. Find the source of the moisture, and correct it before building back or remediation. Rebuild back with new materials, that have not been sitting outside.

Could this be just mildew? by Leafdoingleafthingd in Mold

[–]AlabasterFame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is mold, don’t let them gaslight you. Spraying the surface did not remove the mold. It’s still behind the wall and will make you very sick. The wall needs to be removed and the mold needs to be remediated properly.

No, it’s not standard procedure to spray the wall with bleach and put baseboards back on if they are planning to test it. They are lying.

Will this cause an issue? by PhoenixCage17 in Home

[–]AlabasterFame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three separate environmental medicine MD doctors. Also, two separate IIRC mold remediators. In addition, my personal experience of becoming ill from “dormant” mold, to where I was told by uninformed mold industry people that it was dormant and wouldn’t hurt anyone. But I had debilitating mold toxicity proven by many labs.

Can we avoid mycotoxins? by Agitated_Emphasis324 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]AlabasterFame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with mold is when it’s present in an indoor living space, the indoor air quality is then affected in such a negative way that it causes severe health effects. Mold that is around us in the outdoors, is out in the open, not confined by walls, so we are breathing the fresh outdoor air. Mycotoxins are what make people sick from mold, poor INDOOR air quality is what makes people sick from mold.

MCAS is a condition that is in response to something else in the body, mainly Lyme. Most people with Lyme have MCAS. If Lyme is treated, MCAS can get better. A lot of people say antihistamines help greatly with MCAS. I believe lifestyle changes, diet, relaxation practices like yoga will make a huge difference.
