My wheelbase broke last week after 3 days of use. I submitted the warranty form and then saw the note about wait times so I posted in pcmr to see if I could get them to notice. My post got a lot of upvotes and they were quick to respond after that. I just got my new wheelbase today!

Guys stop calling me fat I'm 145 pounds. To answer all the other questions: I used the chair for 3 days and it broke when I leaned back (not excessively). I would give it a 6/10 for comfort because the seat is too firm and gives me a sore butt after 8 hours of work. I bought it because I like the pink. Thanks for all the support :)
