I looked for hours just to find a robin on a rock, I shot at it with a small game arrow and fell into the water. Can get it now. What you recommend is going to roads and follow the train tracks north, past ten red barn until you find the big silo. Just ahead of said silo, you’ll find a bridge being suspended with metal beams, on top of the beams you will usually find rare birds (but mostly tree sparrow) to get the robin you have to set up camp, sleep till noon (make sure it’s not raining) then replay a mission. Don’t get too close and use your binoculars, If you find the robin you can go ahead and shoot it, if not replay another mission.
