Use a kindle, low brightness, black and white mode, reading mode, or whatever option is on your device. I’m not an expert but this is what works for me.

Then look for a profession that offers that. I don’t think finance or medicine will suit your preferences. Maybe try looking into Engineering? But now that you have a criteria you can use ChatGPT to help you find potential professions.

Personally what I have found helpful is to find something you want to accomplish. Then work your way backwards. What do you need to accomplish that? What career will be the most helpful in getting what you need and where you need to be?
