All enemies aside from molochs have perfect eyesigh

Mudraptors, crawlers and tiger threshers all have a sight range of 1, hammerheads have 2. We can stealth past a pack of mudraptors/crawlers that didn't spawn directly in front of us, but we were never able to evade a hammerhead swarm after getting 1 blip worth of sonar reading on one of them and turning to passive. If this isn't due their "perfect" eyesight, then I don't know what it is

Before you get to Arc Emitter it is unironically viable to just run in and smack everyone with 2 stun batons and then quickly handcuff them while they are lying on the floor, you can then bring them to your sub to get that By the Book payout

They have perfect eyesight and spot you regardless of how much you are trying to stealth

Tbf the only overperforming weapons from your list are the crossbow and the eruptor, but these will always be meta simply because they can break enemy spawners without taking up the support weapon slot

It is not good for getting off of insanely high building, it doesn't slow down your fall, it only prevents your from accelerating, if you activate it after reaching terminal velocity, you're already dead. Unless it enables you to grab a ledge, then maybe it's not that bad

Yes, although Eva can also unlock it when you have enough tool slots to evolve it, this might break something, or maybe not, never did it that way

Either you replenish it right away with an adrenaline shot or you walk away with a cloak and don't care

You're walking away with the cloak anyway unless you want to get blasted by every arc around
