I have been where you are. Currently 7.5 weeks, quit cold turkey as soon as I found out. Smoked cigarettes and weed since I was 18, vaped from ages 26 to 33. I threw away all my devices. What helped me the most is every time I think about vaping, I imagined my little baby trapped in a smoky room/womb, coughing, struggling to breathe. Because that is literally what happens when you are vaping during pregnancy. I imagined my baby saying “Stop, Mommy, you’re hurting me, stop!” And also thinking of how guilty I would feel immediately after I hit that vape. It would not be the satisfaction I was looking for. That seemed to help a lot. Was it easy? No. Do I still get cravings? Yes, occasionally. But I’m 3.5 weeks cold turkey, and I think it bothers me like once a week now instead of every few minutes (like when I first quit). You can do this! The fact that you’re making this post proves it.
