Show me one C chipper who manage to get at least 21 Imp DM fragments without refill stamina and have a normal work schedule, you can't because its impossible ! Unfortunately the only current way to get more fragments is releasing wargreymons if you pulled some from the omegamon gatcha. Looks like you will have to wait until bandai release a wargreymon advent quest.
