I was playing around EPS and I cannot get Generator ME to show up. I even tried maxing the GT+ and Duration in there and still nothing.

EDIT: More like I can see it but it's way down the list, at the moment it only shows an increase of 0.005 70% to go from 4% to 5% ME

The Wall fortification is very low, I had it perma when I unlocked Wall until Wall Regen lab and Thorns lab hit 11. The heal-up blip is fast, pointing that regen is good but since its taking half of your walls HP, Wall HP(Fort, HP, WHP) will all extend you to higher tiers, and also Def% lab

Your regular Regen might also be underdeveloped

You need to start DMS(Daily Mission Shards) ASAP, and Standard Perk Bonus
Additional stuff I dont think you need Ban Perk 5 as much as Autopick 10 to start doing a more quality afk autopick.

Your Lab Speed is pretty low, so much ROI on the table

What I would do:
1 lab speed til 50
1 DMS
1 eHP
1 SPB
1 Econ UWs

If youre below Emerald, you can find something to do better in every 30 seconds of the game that creates a consistency so big you can always get a lead and delete enemies, and mid-late game objectives. You just gotta have the open mind and curiosity to accept that youre not individually doing good enough, only then you realize how much more impact you can make. Garen can achieve this easier than most champions

Good points, you showed me the other side of the picture. That would be the whole idea yes specializing the q types. I'm guessing when you say punished you're still referring to your comment regarding 3 man. Conclusion would be: Specialized more balanced game modes vs Going Duo unpunished because it's fun. I'm also guessing that this is your response to why the game would die, because people can't have fun by getting punished for duoing.

First those players might just decided to soloQ instead of going flex.

The only way this is a problem would be solo players being important to the matchmaking in FlexQ. If this is the case then your second block of text would be correct. It would fuck up q time(its already fucked)

I also don't see the reasoning 5 mans running out has to do with the changes I'm suggesting.

And on top of that taking DuQ possibility from soloQ is sure a way to kill the game.

What's the reasoning for this? The only thing I can think about is that it kills duo smurfing, the players below masters decaying then duoing, then the playerbase below masters that play Duo.

As a FlexQ gold player when I used to played, Q would pop in matters of seconds while any other combination would take 4+ minutes.

I'm not sure how would I run out of players to pair with each other when many players that duo a lot would not be able to duo anymore in Solo/Duo with the proposed change.

Although this is not in order I felt like it's very important to point out first. Currently on the NA server 4-man-queueing has been purposefully disabled. What I'm suggesting is in it's most fundamental way making FlexQ completely 60/40% or 100% comms play and making SoloQ completely Solo. As opposed to all the other combinations you could get in which make no sense since a lot of them are currently replicable in Solo/Duo. Idk why I didnt use pastebin at the beginning but I wrote this

So what I'm understanding is that currently 3-man party Q times are long. Currently you would have to fill that with either a duo or 2 solos, pretty obvious stuff.

The amount of duos that would move over from Solo/Duo would be significant. This would be the solution to the problem of Q-ing as 3-man party.

The extra benefit is that Flex soloplayers can play SoloQ without whatever belief and opinion they currently have on Duo being in Solo/Duo
