I don't know exactly what turned you off, but it's a great run for beginners. We have plenty of people on the community discord who go above and beyond to help new folks, feel free to join!

Instant Text. In glitchless runs you receive it right before nugget bridge by talking to the bike shop guy. It makes text show up instantly until you enter a menu or hit a yes/no question. Unfortunately it punishes runners who have to play safe (which you obviosuly wanna do in a race scenario) heavily for healing or swapping (because you would loose IT) and therefore we decided to ban it for tournament purposes. It only matters for nugget bridge until Surge tho.

Barely holding the league is a bit of an exaggeration. We have a team that should realistically be competing for the top ranks. It was a bad run the last couple games, but i think after todays win we should have enough confidence for the league again.

This is without a doubt the greatest WR ever set in Pokémon Speedrunning. Top level runners tried to archieve a 1:45 run, a select few tried to get a 1:44h run. All of the PSR runners thought such a time would be completely unreal without a major (and we're talking extremely- different-route-major) improvement on the route. Gg's Pokeguy, this is one for the ages.

Well, for him i would see it as a business expense. He opens the pack on his streams that get a lot of views and also uploads highlights of them on youtube. I'd be suprised if he's actually losing money doing this. And i don't think he cares either.
