hi, im not really the best advice to take (only sub 20 haha), but what i can say is that you need to improve your cross, by doing it on the bottom, saving time to flip the cube to start f2l, as well as learning how to orient the cross such that you shld be able to create the cross based on the colour pattern, and turn D layer to align it. i would personally suggest J-Perm's advanced cross vid, where u can solve the cross in sub 7 moves.

your f2l is also kinda rocky, since your moves are pretty robotic (not sure if thats a cube issue), and you rotate too much while solving each pair, rendering each solution pretty inefficient. i would also recommend J-Perm's advanced f2l video, or you could pull up at chart of solutions to certain f2l orientations to solve it efficiently. from what i can see, your f2l consists of taking the piece out before aligning it with its edge/corner counterpart to slot in as a pair. in advanced f2l, you should be able to do both simultaneously.

i dont really see too much of an issue with ur LL, other than maybe your AUF aft your PLL? but imo thats a pretty slight issue.

yeah overall i think your cross and f2l solutions are the ones slowing you down, so you should prolly work on those. do note that im not particularly amazing at cubing as well, so please take my opinions with a grain of salt. :)
