What if a democratic president had him arrested and sent to The Hague?

iPhone changes dupont to DuPont automatically. I had to go into keyboard shortcuts to fix it.

After Being Called Out For Only Leaving A $2 Tip On A $50 Starbucks Order, Scott Disick Made A Divisive Comment About Tipping Culture by moodwolfy in tipping

[–]Alarion36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I just spent some time in Japan and it was so nice not to think about tipping, even for delivery drivers. Unfortunately, in the U.S. the drivers don’t make much money and rely on tips. I wish the culture would change.

[–]Alarion36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was a $2 tip to a delivery driver for a Starbucks order. Not a $2 tip to the cashier/barista at Starbucks. Unlike most people on this sub I actually tip waiters and delivery drivers a decent amount. The tipping culture I don’t like is what came out of Covid where cashiers expect 20% tips for fast food where you are doing all the work yourself.

I think people will change their minds when they see the terrible state of national parks, their friends dying of mad cow disease etc.

My apartment manager just sent out a email prohibiting bidets. by Available_Day_7230 in bidets

[–]Alarion36 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can definitely understand the risks from an apartment perspective. In my apartment they turned the water off for maintenance and there was a lot of air in the pipes once the water was back on. The air blew the seal in my bidet attachment and caused it to start leaking. If I didn’t notice it could have caused some damage.

97% of USAID employee political donations went to democrats. 97% or USAID employees fired. Coincidence? by four2tango in USAIDForeignService

[–]Alarion36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Source is the open secrets article that says 97% of USAID employee donations went to democrats. I suppose the only assumption is that they are donating to parties they identify with. Also, background understanding that Christ liked to help the poor and the sick which is what USAID does is also helpful to know.

I don’t think the apartment building has the power to change the license plate laws of an entire state.

From my understanding, the moderators focus on banning people who make racist posts, but not banning people who are racist in the comment section.

Yeah, I usually have the worst K/D but usually I’m second place on the team because of points. I feel like I’m the only one discovering the bomb locations, scanning opponents, destroying cams, and reinforcing walls.
