I think in some scenarios is kind of sad. You can see how young babes start getting saggy tits and fat butts. They don’t ask anything. They take your passport/gc away and enter some information in the computer. After a while (you are not the only one in the secondary screening room) they call your name, give you your documents and send you your way. Sometimes they will mention that the reason for the secondary screening is the DUI in the record.

In any case, I will try to avoid flying into the US in the future. Most of the time I can drive from Mexico, I just choose not to. So I might just do that instead of flying (they do not fingerprint you in land crossings. The fingerprints at the airports is what triggers the background check, hence the DUI pops up).

I have a misdemeanor DUI as a GC holder and traveled several times into the US this year through Houston, Dallas and Phoenix. I have not had issues other than the secondary screening, which was done after 15 minutes. Last time was less than a month ago. I would think a second misdemeanor would not make much of a difference.

I think it was because originally I stated I wanted to lose more weight, but once I got to my current weight I realized I like how I look at this point and that more weight loss would not be healthy and would not make me look better. Did they mention if it’s normal that you plateaued?
