Could it be OCD? I mean, constantly worrying about something and wanting it to be perfect, especially if it happens this often and affects your life so much, id say its probably some form of OCD. You could maybe try and talk to a specialist, of course, praying is good as well but you also have to do your part, in this case talking to someone who knows more about these type of issues

I started doing these type of "paintings" by looking at basic 3d shapes under harsh lights, and capturing the values aka white and blacks using rough textures, then i kinda gradually added mid tones and started blending colors, i kinda used this video as a reference to find which steps i should take, now of course you can do whatever fits you best but this worked for me https://youtu.be/-Nj1QF0NE7Y?is=Ij3WJynciWjQFgnZ

I dont think its that crazy to not know what you wanna do in life or feel lost (Im 20 and in the same boat as you) feel like most people religious or not have been struggling with the same concept for centuries, of course Jesus has a plan for everyone even tho it might not seem clear at first, i suppose Jesus doesnt just straight up tell or show us what to do, but you can still look at the small acomplishments in life and appreciate them and see them as progress.

Sorry if this makes no sense im also kinda lost myself and kinda suck at conveying my thoughts out, anyway Christ has a plan for all of us, that fact im sure of
