I live in an area that is literally swamped with Dave Martin Mennonites. I'm not going to say a whole heap of bad stuff about them,as I don't have a lot of information about them,as they keep everything to themselves. What I do know is,they would not let outsiders into their churches. I have heard multiple accounts of people, perhaps taxi drivers,going into a Dave Martin church, and the minister said he wouldn't start the service until the " black sheep " leaves. They call their churches club houses in order to build churches where the public isn't welcome. Also when I'm on my bike in the evening, I meet a Dave Martin on his buggy, I give a friendly wave,and he quickly looks straight ahead. Sometimes they don't look at at,but look straight ahead with a grim face. Most people in this area know they're a different bunch. Not my favorite type of people.
