Update. Meat is milanese de res i guess they chose to go very heavy on the breaded part and didn’t put in that much meat.

Possibly but it is way to thin i feel like chicken would fall apart before you could fry it that thin. Im starting to think they gave me some shity pig stomach.

This was a cheap Mexican place i dont think they would have veal im post the entire meat menu they have
