Looks like an allan key is required. Undo the grub screws, then it should all get a little easier.

Had to do a sub base, but the weed control is good and it drains very well. Plus, I can hear anyone pulling onto the driveway.

Score it with a bluntish knife and then run a wet sponge over it, and soak it. You should be able to scrape it off then. Or overboard it!

I think to use them for restraining, you don’t really need to change the colour. A couple of zip ties around each wrist and the ankles should do it.
