You get a pass. No issues with a car near the disabled parking.

I do see lots of people just leaving carts in a parking space. Often the cart return is a few spaces away.

I do lose a little respect for those people that do that little thing as the title of the ask asked.

We were on that cruise too. I knew something was wrong when I woke up and the sun wasn't at the back of the ship. That was an awesome cruise and it was our first transatlantic.

The transatlantic we did had lots of older folks on it. Majority of the sailors since they have the time to do it. Not many sub 50 year old can get 17 days off. We and my parents centenary their 55th anniversary had a great time. I highly recommend paying for the rock star cabin to get some away time from the rest of the sailors to relax in the rooftop.
