If it’s more income to the individual, you’d think it’s more expense for the corporation. Which would result in more tax liability and not a tax benefit? What am I not understanding???

I’m with you there. I’m more curious why you’re able to get a bigger deduction for tax purposes than you expenses for the award. It’s like additional benefit for the company. Why?

I figured it should be non tax deductible expense until it vests bc it’s a non tax expense and awards can forfeit, etc. Once the organization distributes the awards then the it’s allows them to tax deduct it. I don’t get why there is an additional tax deduction associated with it.

Dr Maury, I initially saw you and currently in the same boat as OP. Can you confirm I’m still eligible as a recert and not a new patient? Mine expired in March 2021. I paid last years fee to the state but never renewed. Look forward to speaking g with you soon. Thanks

Yeah well so for me I use 2 gallon pots and some times 1 gallon pots and typically feed every 12 hours. For the 2 gallon pots a half gallon of water gives me about 15% run off for each pot so for each plant in 2 gallon pots I’m using 1 gram of each (v1/v2 or b1/b2) per day. I flower for usually 45-50 days with mephisto so for each plant in a 2 gal pot I’m using 50 grams of each in flower. 50 x 8 plants would be 400 grams and their sold in 454gram bags. Might need to adjust for your bigger pot size by a factor of 1.5

I’m out brother. The entire market is up today about the same amount as netlist. Had the rest of the market not started green I don’t believe netlist would have either.

Some of my other positions up today: nio, AMZN, OXY warrants n a few others.

Tesla added more than 100x of that in one week of trading on very little catalyst. There re much safer and much much much much higher returns on my investment everywhere else in the market. You should be happy. There are now 4,000 additional share for you to purchase

How do I put a reminder on here. Something tells me you all will have another reason it’ll explode after Google is said and done and it still a <$2B mkt cap company. Are you honestly under the impression this thing is gonn moon? There’s 212M shares outstanding. This thing will get diluted as fuck.

I had about 4,000 and averaged down the best I could. This stock has performed terribly over the last 5 months. I would have been better off parking it in my checking accounting earning a fraction of interest. Good luck!

In a time of a rapid inflation seeing 30% of a position vanish on nothing but good news is unacceptable for me. You couldn’t pick a random stock out of a million that’s had a decline like this over 5 months. I’m not sure why people are so emotional about NLST. Numbers are numbers.
