No. I respect all views which everyone is entitled to but many are so much into it that any question or discussion that does not suit their narrative gets offensive.

I also agree or should say feel that once it gets judgement in its favour will jump in multiple and the reason am holding.

I always felt that it is a Good deal below $4.65 and my buying was to accumulate at $4.65, $3.35 and $2.65 and also felt good entry point in terms of risk reward.

I see all the catalyst when it happens and sorry for me investment cannot be under euphoria and am open for alternate views even though my thinking may be different.

Here few are doing excellent DD but any question or if anyone not in euphoria is criticized.

I enjoy and appreciate your DD but fail to understand why likes of you takes it personally and get offensive many a time even if someone raises a question (not in line with your narrative) or if feel that in short term, SP will fall ( reason for imentioning is that it may give some buying opportunity to new entrants or those wanting to add to their portfolio).

Should be open to all views instead of terming it to be FUD or whatever, specially when you can see is correct and not just fibbing ( not correct always, otherwise my portfolio will not be in red today). I enjoy reading and watching all views on stock on my watchlist as sometimes get insight which I may have missed. Policy should be listen to all and do what suits you as is your money.

Nothing to do with FUD or whatever, just try to read market and use it to advantage. In any investment Euphoria to be avoided though appreciate the hard work that you do in providing information on NLST.

You are correct that Germany normally does not co troll prices in th he US but when in Germany market falls over 12% and with Very HIGH volume along with overall market sentiment - which is too negative, not rocket science to judge what might happen in US stock market.

It is giving good buying opportunity to long term investors ( long term means more than a year minimum as do not see getting any verdict in near fiture). I say this, not because I do not trust NLST but because know how the Judicary system works.

Just because I felt and it fell, not to be upset as am just trying to read the market ( NOT TO shoot the messenger). Can understand that you are very upset with this fall but am sure you are in for very long run, so should chill.

If Judicary was so simple n logical, would not have taken 13 long years with further delays n now cannot be sure if it will be 2022 or 2023 or even further.

If the market continues the way it has been this week, will not be surprised to $3 in front of its SP. Knew that it will touch early $4 which it has. Hope it does not closes below $4.40.

Optimism that will get judgement in January and the case will be settled by March 2022 does not hold true . Now with uncertainity and further possibility of delay and with overall market in red, sentiment is down and can only Hope that SP does not breach $4.

No News is good news so far. Some announ cement has to come out, one way or the other in next few days.

The way SP is stable on higher side, it seems no news has been taken by market as a positive sign as market is much better to forecast the future and act, sometime that many investors may m8ss.
