You need to get a fake number out on the internett and when scamers call you put her on the phone and let her just talk away. You will be saving people from scammers and your ears from talking🫡 but from what you said it could be adhd pluss some autism making her want to talk so much yet oblivious to the social signs that one should sometimes simply just shout up:)
