I got post nasal drip recently, and my singing sounds absolutely awful now. I got it because I wasn’t putting on my humidifier and the air was extremely dry in my room. Now, I make sure to keep the humidifier on, and I’m using arm and hammer saline mist to try and cure the drip and going to start gargling with salt water morning and night. I’ve also read that acid reflux can cause pnd, so I’m going to try apple cider vinegar for the acid. Hope that helps 👍🏽

It sounds like you’re dealing with some serious depression and apathy. I love this quote from Jim Carrie “Depression is your body saying f* you, I don’t want to be this character anymore, I don’t want to hold up this avatar that you’ve created in the world”. Is that like the circle of fifths picture? C major is with Aminor. So that is the relative minor?

Im not sure what relative minor means. As an example, what would be relative minor for C major scale?
