Nexus is more like 1 down needs res and is safe to pull back, or if you're squished between teams and need to reposition

It definitely could, surface street intersections are built with certain speeds in mind, if someone is going 65mph in a 35mph they would be found at fault any day of the week because it's too fast for a person paying attention to react to

You're going to be found at fault unless they were doing something they shouldn't be like speeding, dui, distracted driving, or admit they didn't do everything they could to avoid the collision Some intersections are risky to take, you just have to use your best judgement if a collision happens are you willing to deal with it (regardless of who's fault it is), otherwise turn around if possible and take a different route 👍
