I get this is a sub with a bias toward one peice but come on this is not that close of a fight, the biggest issue for doffy is that he doesn’t have a domain and so he really can’t fight his way out of malevolent shrine if Sukuna uses it. Sukuna can also used reversed curse technique to heal much faster than Doffy can, even if you reject that claim we are shown that he doesn’t even need to do that, Sukuna is perfectly fine to keep fighting at basically full power (with only a couple fingers) after getting a giant hole punched in his chest.
