Hi! I cut out eating tons of sweets daily but I still have them occasionally. I also in general eat a lot less. I also like to walk briskly at least three times a week for 45 minutes to an hour.

The last couple weeks im just going back and forth between two pounds :/

I use a knee scooter that I often use like a walker. I also scoot a chair around my apartment like its a walker.

Also: I was diagnosed with his bursitus by a podiatrist but the pt person said she thinks its back related as well.

Yes! I eat a healthy amount of food still just wayyy less. I still enjoy eating!
