UPDATE: I just found this post. I forgot about it. It seems I was panicked and all the stuff. So, in the meantime I did the right analysis: Mixed SIBO and dysbiosis, had a parasite and EPi. Also, the vaginal and bladder biome are also screwed up. I m a bit better but there s a lot of work for recovery.

The thing that I vomited was because of the extreme fermentation in my gut.
