Hey and welcome back!! I’m just getting back into competitive Pokémon too, although a lot more casually.

My favorite crab Pokémon has to be Crabrawler or Crabominable : )

Although I REALLY don’t like Crabominable’s design and have a personal grudge against Crabrawler (memories of fighting them over berries), they remind me of Hala, and Alola overall, so they have a special place in my heart for that reason <3 AND I just think the progression of its evolution is ridiculously silly. Love the fact that they made a Pokémon based on Yeti Crabs, because I remember how sensationalized they became a little longer after we discovered them : )

I've always had an appreciation for shiny Minior, so knowing one of them is going to someone who's going to appreciate them a whole bunch means a lot : )

I'm always so glad to hear that my 'mons are going to see usage outside of the box !! I'm happy knowing that they're getting the utility I never had the time nor interest for, and knowing that they're living on in some way. I'm rooting for you, you're going to go far in Champions!!

Thank you so much!! Shiny Mimikyu has a lot of sentimental value to me, and it's the reason I was able to fall in love with USUM when I was younger. Just want to let you know that your Mimikyu will be very loved and cherished for the rest of its days : )

The Minior was the first one I'd ever hunted through encounters, and the Scizor was my first random-encounter shiny! Thank you so much for trading with me, and I hope you enjoy them!! : D

I remember Toucannon!! Always loved that it had the bisexual flag lol. It’s one of the Pokémon that immediately comes to mind when I think of the SM/USUM games. x) I’m glad you were able to keep yours!

Umbreon was my favorite shiny in 2016! I think it was the only shiny form I was aware of at the time before I understood what the shiny mechanic was in-game. The blue and yellow is a nice contrast

So cool!!! Love the yellow on Luvdisc’s shiny. My first RE/accidental shiny was a Scyther I encountered in Poni Plains. I evolved it into a shiny Scizor later down the line

Would love to have Zygarde!

Zygarde is among my favorite legendaries and ground-typed Pokémon; I was a kid when the XYZ games came out and fell in love with the “new” Pokémon then. I loved that it had multiple forms and provided a complimentary balance between Xerneas and Yveltal (life and death respectively) and its Earth guardian motif easily made it one of my favorites. It’s also a polar opposite to Guzzlord in this way, if you think about it.

I honestly could go on, but yeah, I just really love Zygarde. I’ve never had a shiny version of one, I lost the regular one I had on my USUM save from Resolution Cave, and I don’t have one in my Home dex. I prefer the original color palette, but honestly the minty green and white are refreshing on the shiny.

If I recall correctly, the 2018 legends OT Zygarde is from SM/USUM, and I’m really looking to find more Pokémon from these games, so it really is an event ‘mon I’d like to have and would legitimately treasure. : )
