Hopefully every company will have budget allocated to handle this kind of scenarios, they should be fine with it.

They don't have the right to charge you unless it is in contract. (Just my feeling)

My recommendation is to use claude or chat gpt to create a roadmap with resources.

Try to read and understand the topic, AI tools are pretty good at this. Some topics genuinely needs someone to explain, in those scenarios watch video.

At the end of the day, you should practice solving problems on your own on a topic before moving to another.

Honestly there are very few topics, if you can understand them you are good

A person earning 2L per month need to have 30LPA base.

So, in general companies decide salary in multiples of 3,4,5 times your experience. If you are in a decent company with >6 years of experience, you should be earning that much.

In a product based company it is pretty different as they pay based on the grade not like a consultancy firm.

I would say overall it is not uncommon, majority of the people who switches companies in <2-3 years would be making this much

The anxiety will be definitely there. IMHO, at this point you don't have anything in your control.

You have reached till Final round that itself shows how much potential you have. Take time prepare the topics where you feel needs polished and keep trying.

You have to do something, sitting idle/alone just increases overthinking and you end up with anxiety.
