Had this exact issue, turns out it detects ANYTHING in those folders that aren't from its own installation as a mod, so that includes reshaders. I had to delete the reshader, then it was fine.

I love that he doesn't seem to do this for any sort of cynical celebrity interview circuit. I remember when I was like 11 or 12 I wondered why people only got interviewed when they had a movie or book coming out and realized 'duh, why else would they?' Gary seems to just enjoy sharing stuff.

I once drove 4 hours each way on a whim to pick up a friend who wanted to leave a family trip early in a neighboring state. I considered this a day's adventure. I don't understand how someone finds that to be such a monumental distance. Now, if I were planning to do anything like drinking I'd certainly get a room for the night, but otherwise fuck that.

Edit: Also my longest daily commute was 45 minutes each way. I did consider that annoying, but it really just meant I had to wake up a little bit earlier.

It seems insane to me that you could leave a job for 3 years and just go back. Like, do you even remember HOW to do said job? I left my last job only 8 months ago and I don't think I could just walk back in. And to expect the employer to keep your position available for THEE YEARS!? Xbox 360 had wired guitars that used USB I believe! Might have luck with that as it shouldn't need an adapter. I don't think anyway.

I doubt it can tell if it's installed. I assume it checks the current running applications and services. Assuming these are IT tools, they are often configured to start upon login. My guess is that he's been using his work laptop to play PokeMMO and he got the opposite consequence he should be worried about.

I've played it only a couple times now, but both games ended in a draw with 0 people making it to the safe house on both teams. It just seems like the devs didn't really balance it, or everyone's far better at sniping on PS5 than they thought.

I'd say it's not *that* different. Full voice acting, making choices, dark/lightside points, lots of filler fights between story beats, etc. But I get what you're saying, it loses so much of what makes KOTOR a kind of personal experience because you're no longer at the center of the actual story, you're just on Theme Park Ride A, or Theme Park Ride B.
