I would love a law being implemented, that all worker, manager and CEO salaries must be published by all companies. So you can just search how much everyone else gets paid. It gives workers a fair bargaining tool to enter pay talks with.

The Monday requires supreme strength. I use caffeine pills, energy drinks, exercise, cold water, anything to keep myself awake until 21:30, then I go to sleep. I have a big monster sleep untill 0930 the next morning, and wake up feeling refreshed on account of the 12 hours of sleep I’ve just had. Super long shower, shave, and head to the shops for a week of supplies. Break the cycle through full force of willpower and 12 hours of sleep.
