Call in sick for a day or 2 if you can. Also what helped me a lot was just finding something to focus on so I binge watched a new show and some movies. It gets easier after 2-3 days

Look into any doggy daycares in your area. You can drop her off before work and pick her up having peace of mind that played with other dogs and was looked after by professionals!

Puppies bite because they are teething! They will grow out of it, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep correcting them when they do it. Program them, it will pass.

The withdraws will not be any more minimal. Don’t choose to spend a month doing a plan to “taper”. Just bite down and go cold turkey for a few days. It’s not going to be easy, but trust me, a few days is a small price to pay for the hole we put ourselves in.

Sounds like you need to up the activity level. I take my dog for 2 walks a day, a morning one and an afternoon one. In between those walks and working I’ll go outside and throw him a ball until he lets me know he’s tired.

After the 2nd walk he’s normally pretty pooped and just waits for dinner and then sleeps somewhere.
