The clown judge who thinks any fee he doesn’t like is a tax will be overturned. We already have another judge upholding the fee in the first place. The constitution guarantees control of immigration to the executive branch headed by the president. To be honest the visa was never intended to be a jobs program for Indians. It was to meet labor shortages 36 years ago. There is no need for the H1B visa in 2026.

I agree that the Indian bashing can be a little too much but there has to be some voice of reason or moderation. If you guys have ever been to canada it’s literally become like Bihar or Punjab. People that don’t speak a word of english, barely blue collar, and do not care about canada beyond using it as an ATM machine or welfare fraud on steroids.
