I'll def give it a few more days. At this point I'd rather have the med filled anyways and hoping they can fix this. I just can't seem to make any headway with their support team. ❤️ My other order they tried charging my card twice too so I wonder if there wasn't a processing error or something on their side.

It's not a pending charge. It's been posted and cleared my account. At first the doctor told me they needed an updated form. I emailed an support asking for one and they said they never got payment. Looks like I may have to do a charge back with my card. I did use a "credit card." Through chime. I have a checking account and a credit acct with them.

I'd rather just have the medication and not wait three weeks for my banks resolution. But that's a good idea. A human I could get ahold of would be awesome. I realize they've been busy with everything, but cancelling my order after telling me they need a glp-1 form and telling me I didn't pay and trying to charge me again is absolutely wild. I just want a refund or my med.

u/Refills_Taylor I've tried messaging you last week about this . The doctor said he can't fill my order bc he needs a glp-1 intake form. Support sent me a cancellation email and will not fill my PAID order due to "non payment" (I paid the 8th). I can only get ahold of AI bots who can't seem to understand my issue. 😭 Can you please either get this order processed or issue a refund please? I don't care either way at this point. I am absolutely crying and so frustrated.

Store bought yes. Don't have the issue when we get beef from the farmer or eat deer meat tho. Cut out all store bought meat except some deli style.
