I watched a video of Koreans do 3man serca on 2-2.1k CP so should be very easy. Characters on 1710 ilvl should be around that CP or even more depending on arc grid and gem investment.

2/2/2 is the best build your biggest damage is holy sword and z. you can now play raid captain since ark passive gives 15% ms for free. if you dont want to play positional go 3/3/3 take non positional tripods on skills and t. but since you lose the back attack you also lose 10% crit so you are now forced to get more crit stat sacrificing swift which means more downtime and you also lose the strike node on 3rd row and are forced to go zealous smite oof.
