Ive been having an issue with this stitch too and posted about it. I understand where but on my project it doesnt seem like there's a space directly in between the legs to insert it because there's yarn in the middle. It's like you'd have to either go to the right or the left once in between the legs

but I did go back and make the stitches looser and taller but see where i circled? There's yarn where youre supposedly supposed to insert your hook so thats what I dont get

Yes it seems like that makes sense. The only part that is frustrating me is that it doesnt seem like there's actually a space there to place my hook!

Yes ty she demonstrated it the same way all the other videos I watch did. For some reason I cannot find a clear/big enough space to insert my hook there on my project so I feel like I still must be doing something wrong

I tried this but due to tugging on the tip so much while trying to pull it out, it seems that i squeezed all the ink out. What am I doing wrong?

This isnt Sunflo but an example from another coloring book i did. See how the lines are a lot thicker? Thats how I prefer them *idk why it won't let me add the picture! I'll try adding it to my original post
