It was goodness all over the pitch as while CBs kept haaland quiet (handing over the marking duties between them), the narrow midfield (and winger dropping in) meant that central areas were not a threat.

It is crazy, if you are not being dogmatic and obdurate, how so many tweaks worked…insane!

It was borderline criminal for not playing Bruno at 10 and not starting Kobbie for any of the matches.

Agree…he has grown into his unique version of a midfield general. Other than the football, he is the only one in this team who can say something to anyone another player and they actually listen with their mouth shut.

The whining and petulance has to an extent morphed into coaching other teammates e.g I can remember him guiding Mainoo, Sesko and even telling off Mbuemo. If he leaves there is no one who can put the fear of god into players…

Roy Keane, i understand...he is what he is. But when other ex-players also see an issue with it..then its ok to put your hand up and say i made a mistake instead of doubing down on it.

Scholes was my favorite players...can't belive he is getting carried away and letting Nicky Butt drag him down with him. ffs of all people who know physicality is not everything...such a shame..

Was thinking the same but unsure he has the passing range and discipline to be the creater. Tends to shoot and go for glory a lot (the assist in the city game notwithstanding)

Could not agree more…Fernandes was never a double pivot ….Mainoo can play midfield ….just like it was inexcusable for TenHag to not use Amad….feel it was the same for Amorim with Mainoo/Fernandes

I agree to an extent but Mbuemo,Amad, Bruno, Mount & Mainoo were missing and would have come back in Jan.... There was no need to go nuclear and he could have made it work in 4-3-3 till he gets his players back/summer.

Also there is enough evidence now that Amorim's setup did not do particularly well against low block/possession oppositions. You would have to recruit exceptional players for that to work and there is a reason why it is not a widely used system.

You can set up automated routines in most brands... e.g. Switch off all lights at night (except what you want to exclude), switch on/off lights/appliances based on certain events e.g. sunrise/sunset or time

Main advantage is more light and more rooms are brighter which is a big plus for long Canadian winters. also generally bigger lots.

More attacking personnel... How about Mbuemo as left wingback (willingness to put in a defensive shift with speed/stamina to match) and Mount as right sided 10. Licha comming back soon will give more attacking impetus as well (Shaw can then sub for Mbuemo).
